Licence Condition
The licensee must engage a suitably qualified and experienced person to prepare an Odour Assessment that provide details of: a) all other areas at the premises that can be the source and fugitive locations for odour emissions; b) current management practices on odour mitigation; c) an assessment if existing odour mitigation strategies are adequate to reduce odour impacts from the premises; and d) a list of additional actions that could be taken to address the odour issues and community complaints.
The Odour Assessment must be consistent with the Technical Framework: Assessment and Management of Odour from Stationary Sources in NSW (November 2006).
The Odour Assessment must be submitted in writing to the EPA by email to the EPA's Director Sydney Industry Section to metro.regulation@epa.nsw.gov.au by 31 July 2019.
